Change of mind Returns

Thank you for shopping at Boosted International! We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time:

Most parts are made to order and will have a lead time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer standard shipping options with estimated delivery times of 3-7 business days within Australia.

Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, please contact our team for a quote and we will invoice the balance. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 


Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Boosted International is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a parcel is returned to sender due to unpaid taxes, customs or duties the buyer must repay postage to have the item resent out.


Incorrect address/ Returned to sender parcels:
Please ensure your shipping locations are correct. Our shipping system is automated and labels are automatically generated when orders come in so we do not have the ability to redirect once the label is made. If a parcel is returned to Boosted International due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to pick up the parcel from a shipping carrier’s location, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the parcel. Please contact us via email to arrange payment for the reshipment.
