Refund and Returns Policy

Change of mind Returns

As we operate within an extremely specialised market we strongly recommend that you consider your purchase carefully, as a number of our items are produced to order and a restock fee will apply even if the part hasn’t been dispatched. If for whatever reason you do change your mind and would like to return your order of a standard part, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 7 days after delivery. A 20% re-stock fee applies and you will have to cover the return postage cost of the order. 

Please reach out to our team via live chat or email ( to commence returns process. Your refund/return or replacement will be processed on proof of lodgement and inspection of returned goods.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind on customised logo’s, text, fonts and designs outside of the standard orderable product range.

We cannot refund/cancel your purchase if:

  • You return your product without proof of purchase.
  • The products have been, used/ or any bolting points have been fixed to a surface or the products are damaged.
  • The goods were a special order and/or made to your specification.
  • The Products were not originally purchased from us.
  • The Products was deemed defective without proof of professional installation.
  • The Products were damaged in freight and insurance was not purchased.
  • A holding deposit was left for a specific product or order.
  • Please note all our items are wrapped up in bubble wrap and shipped out with a hard reinforced cardboard box however sometimes freight damage does occur due to freight Companies. We will not be responsible for any freight damage that occurs during transportation we highly recommend the buyer purchases freight insurance. Please contact us if you wish to purchase freight insurance with your order.

Defective/Faulty Order Returns

We are committed to providing innovative parts that meet your needs however we are human and sometimes mistakes happen or there are issues that arise! If you receive a defective/faulty part, we offer the following refund policy to ensure we are able to reach a resolution!:

Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the car part or discovery any defects. Contact us via email ( or live chat and provide:
  1. Your order number or invoice details
  2. Description of the defect
  3. Clear photos or videos showing the defect
Evaluation and Resolution:
Upon receiving your notification, we will evaluate the provided information to determine the nature of the defect.
If the defect is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we will offer one of the following options:
  1. Replacement of the defective car part with a new unit of the same model, subject to availability. As most of our parts are made to order there may be a lead time however will work our best to accomodate
  2. Repair of the part by our team if feasible.
  3. Refund of the order, upon return and inspection of the product. Buyer will be required to ship the part back. 
Once we receive the returned car part, we will proceed with the agreed-upon resolution (replacement, repair, or refund) promptly.
Conditions for Refund:
The order must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 1-3 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
